Lead Booking Agent

Now, we're hiring a full-time Lead Booking Agent to join our Broken Arrow, OK office and secure more jobs for our business! You'll be talking to customers over the phone and following a call script to schedule plumbing service appointments.

Quick Overview:

• Pay: $40,000+ per year based on relevant experience
• Office Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

What You'll Tackle as our Lead Booking Agent:

• Speaking with customers over the phone and securing more business for our company
• Following call scripts to answer questions, address concerns, and schedule plumbing service appointments
• Politely filtering spam and using AI data to support your success
• Booking jobs for 90+ percent of calls

What You Need:

• Related experience
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to follow a call script and successfully book appointments
• Ability to use a VoIP phone system
