Influencer Scout

A company is looking for an Influencer Scout to discover and engage talent within the fitness and health creator landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

Discover and build a pipeline of creator talent aligned with brand values

Evaluate potential influencers based on various metrics and initiate outreach

Maintain an influencer CRM / database and provide reports on pipeline status and performance metrics

Required Qualifications :

Interest in fitness and experience in creator scouting or talent acquisition

Proven ability to build relationships within creator and social media communities

Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok ecosystems and relevant metrics

Highly organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment

Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for brand and voice fit
