The Cat Clinic at Canyon Park

We are a feline specialty veterinary clinic (non-corporate) in search of a Kennel Attendant to join our team. Kennel Attendants are an imperative role at our hospital. We are looking for a hardworking, cat savvy individual with a strong attention to detail. Must be at least 18 years old and comfortable dealing with cat bodily fluids.

Responsibilities include:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of cages and treatment areas as well as our feline patients.

Cleaning the clinic daily, sweeping/mopping and keeping up with laundry duties as well as trash and recycling and other general cleaning duties.

Following instructions and cleaning protocols.

Record animals appetite and urination and bowel movements on the patient's cage card.

Feeding the cats according to their diets on their cage cards and cleaning all of the dirty litter boxes in the clinic.

This role requires lifting and carrying items weighing up to 40 lbs.

Position available for Part-Time, with scheduling around 16 hours per week. We are currently looking to fill the position of

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings as well as other weekday and weekend shifts when needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay:$17.13 per hour
