Job Summary :

We are seeking an Accounting Staff member that will be primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data related to labor and material costs. This role involves meticulous data entry review and reconciliation of time sheets production transactions as well as material transactions to ensure proper allocation to jobs across the platform using multiple system applications. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail with a keen eye for numbers and an ability to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Essential Functions :

Labor and Material Validation :

• Collect review and verify employee timesheets for accuracy and correct job costing allocation.
• Ensure production data integrity that all associated costs are accurately charged against job production in the payroll and shop floor data collection systems.
• Research and resolve any discrepancies or issues found in production data.
