Job description

Customer Account Coordinator

A national company that designs, manufactures, and markets electronic components is interested in hiring a Customer Account Coordinator to help support their team in Tualatin, Oregon! This position will be supporting customers with the pre and post sales support. This is a long term opportunity with a hybrid work schedule, Mon - Wed in office with Thu / Fri being remote!

The Customer Account Coordinator is responsible for dealing with both pre- and post-sales support to customers and Regional Sales Managers in their region. This person is the first point of contact for both internal and external customers to resolve customer-related issues / queries, such as deliveries and expedites.

Essential Functions :

  • Provides pre- and post-sales support to customers, channel partners, reps and field sales
  • Prepares weekly analysis reports to customers
  • Supports sales opportunities to Distribution, OEMs, HEV customers, Global Accounts, as well as prepares and maintains quotations
  • Refers technical requests from customers, channel partners or reps to Sales or technical support
  • Receives, reviews and processes customer sales orders, ensuring that they comply with SOX requirements
  • Manages quality returns and follow up with repair centers
  • Liaise with customers on post sales activities, including solving problems related to order management, delivery and payment issues
  • Performs detailed data validation spanning several different reports for Regional Sales Managers and customers
  • Handles additional projects as assigned

Skills & Qualifications :

  • High school or GED equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Experience with a company who sells through manufacturing reps and distributors preferred
  • Possess advanced knowledge of basic computer and office equipment, including the Microsoft Office Suite, and demonstrated experience utilizing and navigating an ERP system
  • Pay and Benefits :

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
