Position Title : Keeper of Curiosities (Production and Logistics Coordinator)
Reports To : Founder / Creative Director
Location : Geist area (near Fall Creek & 79th); partial remote flexibility
Employment Type : Full-time (35–40 hours per week)

The Birdmoss Box is an immersive fairy tale subscription experience. Each month, subscribers receive a box filled with stories, handcrafted treasures, and curiosities inspired by folklore and nature. About the Role
The Production and Logistics Coordinator supports the daily operations of Birdmoss by keeping projects, products, and communications running smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone who :

Coordination & Communication
Liaise with artisans, vendors, and independent contractors with professionalism and kindnessEnsure all participants support the needs of the businessPrepare projects for outsourcing and manage timelines, revisions, and deliverablesSupport the Creative Director with administrative tasksCustomer Experience & Content
Assist with customer communications via email, text, and phone as neededSupport creation of product photos, website updates, print collateral, email campaigns, and marketing materialsOperations & Production
Work quickly and accuratelyFollow and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency and efficiencyAssemble, package, and label products and monthly subscription boxesPick, pack, and ship ordersCheck in and organize deliveries of supplies and componentsMaintain accurate inventory and reorder materials as neededKeep the workspace tidy and organizedOther
Participate in continuous learning and process improvementsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications & Attributes
Excellent organization and time management skillsAbility to work quickly, multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfort with Microsoft Office and / or Google WorkspaceWillingness to learn new technologies and tools such as Canva, Shopify, and KlaviyoAbility to accurately count and record inventory, calculate quantities, and compile budgets; understanding of arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; understanding of basic weights and measuresAbility to perform fine motor tasks, stand for extended periods, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 lbsFlexibility, patience, and sense of humor in a rapidly-changing environmentValid driver’s licenseCollege degree or equivalent work experience preferredWork Environment & Compensation
