\nLevel 2 North at McLaren Northern Michigan is a dynamic 28-bed Medical Surgical Unit serving a diverse patient population, including general and vascular surgery, bariatric surgery, plastic surgery, trauma, and stroke care. This fast-paced environment offers enriching learning opportunities for both new graduate and seasoned nurses dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Our nursing team focuses on patient safety and positive outcomes through evidence-based and holistic care. We deeply value each team member’s contribution to providing exceptional care. The unit boasts an active and engaged Unit-Based Council (Shared Governance) that fosters a team-oriented and positive work culture.
