Daily Responsibilities

Support classroom instruction through 1 : 1 or small group assistance

Reinforce lesson goals through hands-on activities and guided practice

Encourage positive peer interactions and model respectful communication

Assist with mobility or personal care based on student needs

Keep learning environments tidy, structured, and safe

Preferred Background

Experience with youth in educational, camp, or recreational settings

Patience paired with excellent listening skills

Ability to adapt to different classroom personalities

Passion for nurturing confidence and independence

High school diploma or higher
