Job descriptionLeadership & direction. Support and coaching on how to respond to customer and co-worker requests. Excellent communication and passion for working with people. Opportunity to grow within the company and move to general management roles and beyond. Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers, and Service are completed. Assist Profit and Loss management by following cash control / security procedures, maintaining inventory and managing labor. Friendly attitude, great customer service skills Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize Ability to oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment while insuring that all proper food safety precautions are satisfied Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude while delegating tasks and giving instructions Work effectively and safely in a changing environment Capable of making quick and appropriate decisions Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems Ensure that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s). Understands posted work schedule and reports to work as scheduled, on time, in uniform and ready to begin tasks. Provides appropriate notice when unable to be at work. Understands and uses approved time keeping system, including accurately recording all hours worked. Provide ongoing constructive and complimentary feedback to Team Members. Actively participate in the training of Team Members. Handle conflicts constructively and works with RGM to achieve resolution. Fully participate in delivering to every guest a WOW experience. Education : High School Diploma or GED, College or University Degree preferred. Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical / decision-making skills. Experience : Relevant supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility. Must be 18 years old. Must pass background check criteria and drug test. Able to stock shelves and coolers. Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction. Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin. Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant. Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 90% of shift time.
