Test Engineer

Overview

As a Test Engineer, you'll perform hands-on testing of firearms systems and components, develop and execute test plans, and analyze test data to ensure performance and reliability. You'll work closely with product development and engineering teams to validate designs, document results, and support continuous improvement in product quality.

About The Role

• Testing

Develop test plans from the test request for developmental and production products.

Utilize computer software (inclusive of CAD and Microsoft Office Suite) for test documentation, data, analysis and reporting.

Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to design and fabricate test apparatus and equipment.

Work within aggressive timelines to achieve project goals.

With strong analytical and technical skills, you enjoy hands-on problem solving and take a methodical approach to testing. You thrive in a collaborative environment, have a keen eye for detail, and are passionate about ensuring product performance and reliability.
