Lift Solutions Holdings provides end-to-end industrial lifting solutions. We offer rigging and other lifting equipment, as well as OSHA compliance inspections, crane equipment, aftermarket services and parts for overhead cranes.
Position Summary
The Receptionist / Order Entry will be responsible for receiving visitors, handling all customer inquiries, concerns, and orders.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience with every interaction; day to day interaction with customers, sales and distributors providing requested information and support relative to price, availability, quotes, and lead times, in person and via email.
- Acquire thorough knowledge of product line and services.
- Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring options; implementing solutions; escalating unsolved discrepancies.
- Invoicing
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Education & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferredProven experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar roleAbility to multitaskExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyCustomer Service attitudeProfessional attitude and appearanceComputer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)Physical Ability Requirements
