Key Responsibilities

Work with clinics to understand and resolve their issues independently or with the programming team

Coordinate with the success team to identify clinics needing troubleshooting assistance

Share feedback with the engineering team and communicate customer needs

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a clinical physicist
