What Youll Do

• Greet and build rapport with customersbe the friendly face that guides them to the perfect home solution.
• Educate shoppers on our furniture, appliance, and mattress selectionshighlighting features, benefits, and financing options.
• Listen actively to customer needs and recommend products that fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Maintain an organized, attractive showroomkeep displays fresh, stock levels accurate, and promotional signage up to date.
• Collaborate with team members to hit monthly sales targets and drive storewide success.
• Process sales transactions, handle paperwork, and ensure a seamless customer experience from browse to delivery.
