Income Tax Senior Manager

A company is looking for an Income Tax Senior Manager to join their Tax team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage compliance and reporting for all U.S. federal and state income tax jurisdictions
• Oversee the preparation of U.S. GAAP income tax provisions and disclosures for financial statements
• Supervise and develop 1-2 Senior Income Tax Analysts and manage federal and state income tax audits
