Job Title : Global Employee Benefits Data Coordinator

Location : Lawrenceville, NJ 08648

Hours : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

50% onsite at Lawrenceville

Requirements :

5+ years of experience with the following :

  • Strong understanding of global employee benefits, including insured benefits, leaves, allowances, wellbeing, and retirement.
  • Experience working with international stakeholders and vendors.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and MS Office Suite.

Overview

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project and Data Coordinator to support two strategic initiatives in the global employee benefits space.
  • This role will be instrumental in collecting, organizing, and managing data across approximately 40 countries (including US), ensuring timely and accurate delivery to internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Key Responsibilities

    1. Global Employee Benefits Benchmarking

  • Liaise with regional insurers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to collect policy documentation and internal benefits materials.
  • Coordinate with the external benchmarking vendor to ensure all required data is delivered on schedule.
  • Track progress, follow up on outstanding items, and resolve data gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain organized records of all communications and documents.
  • 2. Benefits Platform Implementation

  • Support data collection efforts for the rollout of the employee benefits platform across ~40 countries.
  • Collaborate with country contacts to gather information on insured benefits, leaves of absence, allowances, wellbeing programs, and retirement plans.
  • Ensure data is structured and formatted appropriately for platform integration.
  • Identify and escalate issues or delays that may impact implementation timelines.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Strong understanding of global employee benefits, including insured benefits, leaves, allowances, wellbeing, and retirement.
  • Experience working with international stakeholders and vendors.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to proactively connect the dots and anticipate project needs.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in data management tools.
