Pastry Cook

Dialog Cafe  WEST LA CLUBHOUSE  is  looking for   PM PASTRY COOK  to join our team who share the same core values, have a passion for cooking great food, are willing to learn new tasks, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Must have prior professional kitchen knowledge. This location is located at 1835 S SEPULVEDA BLVD.  NEED PM AVAILABILITY

Essential functions :

CONSISTENT EXECUTION of sourdough english muffins, syrups, burger buns, muffins, cookies, and pastries. (following recipes, tasting product for quality)

Ability to multi-task and and maintain a clean workstation

Effective communication needed, TEAM ORIENTED individuals only

Ability to follow directions and recipes is very important

Seeks knowledge of local California ingredients

Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities

Must be willing to work weekends and holidays

This position requires the ability to lift up to 30lbs
