This role demands proficiency in managing drips and vents, closely monitoring vital signs, and responding to patients in cardiac distress. The nurse will also maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.\n\nResponsibilities : \nProvide high-quality patient care in a step-down unit.^Manage drips and ventilators (Vents) to provide critical care.^Record and monitor vital signs, including oxygen levels, blood pressure, and breathing patterns.^Assess and track patient progress, updating medical records as necessary.^Respond promptly and effectively to patients experiencing cardiac pain or other urgent conditions.^Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.^Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
