Investment Director

S&B USA Concessions is a leader in the development, investment, construction, operation and financing of large scale infrastructure P3 projects globally. We're looking for highly motivated, experienced Mid-level or Senior Investment Director to join the Concessions team at S&B USA. In this role the candidate will have the chance to contribute to meaningful involvement in innovative infrastructure projects that benefit communities across the United States.

Responsibilities :

• Leading and directing bid development activities for the pursuit of investment opportunities in the US P3 market.
• Managing and coordinating the review and negotiation of investment related documentation such as concession agreements, design and construction contracts, financing documents, and shareholder agreements.
• Facilitating internal project and investment proposals, coordinating investment approvals with risk and investment committees
• Preparing board materials and internal presentations for legal and commercial activities
• Liaising with clients, partners, financiers, and advisors in connection with active and future business opportunities
