Regional Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
Working in a team of 2-4 salespersons in the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas Region
40 hours on normal working days. Working from home or traveling to meet partners.
Goal to retain and grow existing partners' business while creating new business with end users and integrators.
Promote and market ProdataKey, mobile first cloud based access control in the assigned territory.
Support ProdataKey sales activities in the assigned territory by creating, nurturing, and responding to sales opportunities for all products. Conduct sales calls, schedule local promotional work, and track sales activities within channels, end users, and integrators using SalesForce CRM.
Attend trade shows and other marketing events.
Participate in the development of training materials for our products.
Identify key access control market influencers in the territory, establish contact with them, and demonstrate the superiority and utility of our solutions.
Demonstrate ProdataKey software and hardware effectively and explain value propositions eloquently.
Territory
The Regional Sales Manager of the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas Territory shall have the responsibility to cover the following geographic territory : Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas
Other
Frequent travel may be required for the execution of the duties of the position. Therefore, the individual must have their home base in a location that is cost-efficient for frequent travel and logistically practical to support the territory.
ProdataKey may allocate such additional duties for this position as informed by the Southeast Regional Sales Director, on occasion as necessary to meet the business needs of ProdataKey.
Basic Requirements
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives
Strong relationship management skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Highly effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation)
Thorough understanding of security sales cycles
Understanding of Commercial accounts, competitive landscape, and customer procurement processes
Located and resident within the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas Territory
Full and valid Driving License
