Registered Nurse – Immunization Coordinator & Reproductive Health
Location : Onsite in Gering Nebraska
Schedule : Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM

Role Overview
This dual-role RN position combines leadership in immunization coordination with direct care in reproductive health. You’ll deliver services under the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model, ensuring care is accessible, evidence-based, and culturally responsive.
Key ResponsibilitiesImmunization Coordination
Lead all immunization program activities and compliance with VFC / VFA and CDC guidelines
Manage vaccine inventory, cold-chain documentation, and budget / reporting requirements
Champion immunization best practices and staff / community education
Coordinate employee vaccination efforts and outreach clinics
Reproductive Health Services
Provide Title X services : screenings, contraceptive counseling, pregnancy / HIV / STI testing and treatment
Support patients through intake, assessment, lab collection, and medication administration
Deliver culturally competent education in reproductive and women’s health
Manage OB cases, coordinate care, and maintain medication inventory
Engage in outreach and health education events
General Nursing Duties
Perform RN-level clinical tasks : assessments, immunizations, phlebotomy, wound care, emergency triage
Educate patients on medications and health promotion
Maintain accurate electronic health records and uphold HIPAA standards
Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure quality outcomes
Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives
QualificationsGradeRequirements21Nebraska RN license, BLS certification, valid driver’s license and insured vehicle22Grade 21 + 3 years RN experience (preferably in women’s / public / community health)23Grade 21 + 6 years RN experience (preferably in women’s / public / community health)
Working Conditions
Clinical setting with standard medical equipment

Physical Requirements
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs.
Manual dexterity for medical equipment
