About The Position

Job Title : MRI Technologist

Profession : MRI Technologist

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 12-hour Days, Weekend shift

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of 5 years

License : ARRT

Certifications : BLS, Certified MRI Technologist - ARRT (MR) Certificate

Must-Have : COVID vaccine required

Description :

Perform MRI procedures according to protocols established by radiologists.

Operate equipment on a technical level without constant supervision.

Conduct procedures for both adult and pediatric patients.

Apply prescribed MRI scanning techniques for diagnosis using independent judgment.

Assume responsibility for designated area and procedures performed.

Prepare and screen patients and objects going into the magnet room for magnet safety.

Utilize Philips Ingenia 1.5, Med Rad Spectris Solaris Injector, Omnicell, EPIC, and FUJI PACS.

Work independently and may be required to work alone at times.

Dress code requires black scrubs.

Cancellation policy allows for client to cancel two shifts per 13-week assignment.
