Job Description & Requirements

Special Care Nurse / NICU RN - 36 HRS Night

Local Rate within 60 Miles :

“Candidate must successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms.”

Ratio : 1 : 1-3

Certs Required : BLS, NRP, and STABLE

Call Required : Every other weekend and holiday rotation as needed

Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity

Skills required : Must be proficient in dysrhythmia interpretation / management, IV antibiotics, vasopressors for codes, insulin, titration, cardiac (understanding As and Bs), manage central lines, draw blood cultures, ventilator management, CPAP, peripheral IV start
