Senior Specialist, PPMD Relations
This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short-term assignment. Temporary employees are not eligible for Deloitte's health benefits, life insurance, PTO or subsidies offered through the Health & Fitness program. We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our Senior Specialist, PPMD Relations role between for our Partner, Principal, and Managing Director (PPMD) Relations team. Recruiting for this role ends on 4th November, 2025.
Work You'll Do
The PPMD Relations Senior Specialist will support internal admissions activities, as well as other activities in the PPMD Relations purview. This includes process design and execution, communications and content management on DeloitteNet, webcast planning and execution, reporting and analyses, support of the LEAD program, and various logistical and administrative tasks.

The Team
The PPMD Relations team is part of the Deloitte US PPMD Excellence Team, which sets the strategy for the US Firm PPMD talent lifecycle, covering admissions, succession, performance management, relations, and transitions. The national team collaborates with all Deloitte businesses to develop, assess, and guide the careers of our Partners, Principals and Managing Directors (PPMDs), in an objective, unbiased manner.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; post-graduate coursework is desirable. Minimum 4 years of related experience. Exceptional project management, organizational and communications skills; strong executive presence to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with executive leaders. Ability to work comfortably in Excel with large data sets and compile / aggregate or review data across multiple sources (e.g., VLOOKUP formulas, pivot tables). Strong PowerPoint skills to update or create new content in organized, easy-to-consume formats. Ability to work effectively in a virtual, fast-paced, highly visible, multi-tasking environment. Ability to independently drive work forward and manage to a schedule / workplan with deliverables; ability to manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining high quality work products. Ability to manage highly confidential data with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $110,500.
