About the role :
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for running day-to-day operations and guiding general business strategy, among many others.
What the day to day looks like :
It looks different everyday!
Oversee the assigned community(ies) operations
Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Oversee people, including meetings, talent acquisition, performance, training and development, work planning, develop work schedules, timesheet and time off approvals
Manage the communities budgets, reports and KPI’s
Address escalated issues with customers
Manage community outreach programs
Research and implement new directives for business growth and prosperity
Local marketing management
Local worker retention efforts. This includes, but not limited to, organizing quarterly culture events for the assigned local community(s), promoting a fun and high performing culture at all times, alignment with the mission and core values of the organization.

Compensation & Benefits :
Full time employment status
Compensation : Starting at $55,000 annually (DOE) + quarterly bonus on community profit
Hours : M-F, occasional Saturdays when needed
