The Role
We’re hiring an Operator & Acquisitions Lead (Integrator) to partner directly with visionary ownership. You’ll direct our operations and automations by setting priorities, timelines, and adoption. You’ll also support acquisitions and finance (deal evaluation, ROI modeling, investor-ready reporting). Your superpower is turning vision into 90-day roadmaps , measurable milestones, and results.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain the system of record (projects, properties, financials; dashboards / KPIs).
- Scope, prioritize, and ensure adoption of automation with our tech lead.
- Support acquisitions : evaluate deals, create financial / ROI models , prepare investor materials.
- Translate 10x goals into 90-day execution plans with milestones, owners, and deadlines.
- Track permitting, construction milestones, STR operations, and variance-to-plan.
- Hold teams accountable (superintendent, contractors, automation) and unblock bottlenecks fast.
- Continuously streamline systems, processes, and tools to increase efficiency and ROI.

5–10+ years in operations / project leadership ; real estate or construction experience preferred.Strong finance / acquisitions exposure (underwriting, ROI modeling, pro formas).Tech-forward : experience with automation / CRMs / PM tools (Zapier, Power Automate, Airtable / Smartsheet, Salesforce / HubSpot, QuickBooks Online).Excellent communicator who can direct a technical specialist and keep cross-functional teams on schedule.Builder’s mindset : documents SOPs, sets KPIs, and drives adoption.Qualifications
