Program Director - PACT

Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care in Needham as the Program Director - PACT! Our amazing PACT team provides individuals referred by the Department of Mental Health or MBHP with access to community-based rehabilitation, clinical treatment, employment, housing, wellness and peer services, with ancillary supports that will be coordinated in partnership with the individual. Services are designed to be flexible based on the needs of the persons served, and to promote resiliency and recovery for all participants. PACT is a 24 / 7 program and services are provided 7 days per week.

The Program Director directs the services provided by a multidisciplinary Mobile Team including clinical and administrative leadership consistent with the evidence-based PACT model. The Program Director exemplifies the values inherent in the PACT model and recovery-oriented services, including creating a respectful work environment, engaging in ongoing learning, and participating in continuous quality improvement. The Program Director supervises staff and provides direct service, and will actively participate in projects as a member of the division management team.

Pay Rate : $89,444.99 / salaried

Schedule : Full Time, 40 hours

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability in budget management, program development, and personnel management required.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, delegate to, and motivate others, as well as to promote cohesiveness in a team required.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (in the English language) and the ability to make effective public presentations.
  • Required Experience

  • Masters degree and independently licensure in a related clinical discipline required.
  • A minimum of three years in post Masters practice in community-based mental health programs with adults.
  • A minimum of one year supervisory and management capacity required.
  • Must be able to work in excess of 40 hours per week, provide 24-hour on-call coverage on rotation, and to respond to emergency calls as necessary.
  • Valid driver's license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required.
