Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate life insurance products
- Present and explain policy options, benefits, and coverage terms clearly and confidently
- Manage a pipeline of leads and maintain consistent follow-up to close sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
- Stay current on product knowledge, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or financial services preferredLife & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire) -Licensing Assistance is AvailableStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven attitudeExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesIntegrity, professionalism, and a passion for helping others
