Overview

Social Media & Public Relations Lead – Contract | Industry : Fashion | Location : City of Industry, CA | Duration : 3 – 6 months

Base pay range : $32.26 / hr - $32.26 / hr

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms to support Casting Call and other brand initiatives.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging social media content, including copy, graphics, and short-form video.
  • Develop social-specific content tailored to go-to-market (GTM) plans for brand initiatives.
  • Monitor social media performance, track analytics, and provide insights / recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and events teams to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing or PR with a strong focus on social media (lead-level responsibility preferred).
  • Proven experience in social media content creation (copy, visual, and video).
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms and social media management tools.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in-office up to 3 days per week and travel for events.
