Job descriptionPlan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, WhatsApp, and programmatic platforms. Manage budgets with precision to maximize efficiency and scale results. Diagnose performance anomalies in real time and implement corrective actions. Design and execute structured testing roadmaps across audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages. Ensure attribution accuracy and clean data pipelines through Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker / Data Studio. Develop reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights to leadership. Collaborate with compliance, creative, sales, and technology teams to ensure alignment. Optimize the full customer journey with funnel analysis, automation, and segmentation strategies. Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads Unbounce, Go High Level CRM and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Trello) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience (Google / Meta certifications a plus). 5+ years of direct B2C paid media management experience in financial services, tax resolution, or other regulated industries. Proven success managing large budgets and scaling campaigns in competitive markets. Hands-on daily execution in ad platforms (not just agency oversight). Strong fluency in Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools. Experience with attribution models, customer journey mapping, and funnel optimization. Familiarity with compliance requirements in financial services. Impact : Lead the most critical growth lever in the business. Visibility : Work directly with executive leadership and own key results. Challenge : Take charge of a turnaround situation and rebuild a channel that spends millions annually. Growth : Shape a modern digital acquisition program and make a measurable impact on people’s lives. Dynamic Collaborative Work environment - This position is hybrid work, with offices in Chicago, IL and Dallas / Hurst, TX $80,000 – $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer contribution

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Media) with deep B2C financial services expertise and a hands-on, performance-first mindset. This is a high-impact role that will lead paid media efforts across multiple channels and play a central part in driving growth.
