Analyst, IT Infrastructure Admin

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Unified Communications Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise-wide communication and collaboration platforms built on Microsoft Office 365. This role is critical to enabling secure, reliable, and user-friendly communication across our organization, supporting both internal teams and external partners in a regulated insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer, deploy, and manage unified communications solutions using Microsoft Office 365 services including Teams, Exchange Online, CoPilot, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Viva.
• Lead implementation and support of Microsoft Teams Phone System, Direct Routing, and integration with legacy telephony platforms.
• Monitor and optimize performance, availability, and security of O365 services using tools such as Microsoft 365 Admin Center, PowerShell, and third-party monitoring platforms.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory and business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to messaging, conferencing, and collaboration tools.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline provisioning, reporting, and lifecycle management.
• Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and proactively recommend enhancements aligned with business needs.

What's In It For You :

The pay range for this position is $69,000 - $124,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency, and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit, and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives, and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
