SUMMARY

The Group Facilitator is a vital member of our clinical team, responsible for planning, leading, and managing therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for clients in our outpatient program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in group facilitation, particularly within the fields of mental health and substance abuse. This role requires strong clinical skills, empathy, and the ability to create a safe, supportive, and engaging group environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Group Leadership : Facilitate a variety of therapeutic groups, including but not limited to, process groups, skills-based groups (e.g., DBT / CBT, relapse prevention), and specialized holistic sessions. This includes utilizing modalities such as :

Mindfulness and Movement (e.g., trauma-informed yoga, meditation), Expressive Arts (e.g., visual art, music, writing), Sensory and Energy Practices (e.g., sound bowl healing, Reiki, breathwork)
