Job description4-8 years experience focused on Mergers & Acquisitions, Emerging Companies, Venture Capital or Corporate Law practice groups at a top-tier law firm. Proven track record of leading and executing complex corporate and financing transactions, including company formation, SAFEs, preferred stock funding rounds, and comprehensive general corporate governance. Directly counsel founders, CEOs, and Boards of Directors across a diverse portfolio of industries (e.g., AI / ML, Digital Health, Fintech), acting as outside general counsel from pre-seed to pre-IPO stage. Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
