Assistant Manager, Revenue Operations - GM Envolve OnStar

The Role :

As the Assistant Manager, Revenue Operations, you will play a key role developing, executing strategic revenue programs that drive subscription performance, operational efficiency and business growth for our Fleet & Commercial audiences. This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role where you will be responsible for ensuing alignment between sales, finance, marketing, and customer success teams to run efficient programs, optimizing systems, synthesizing data to bring insights forward through KPI reporting.

This Assistant Manager, Revenue Operations provides an opportunity to join a dedicated team that has ambitious goals, generating enterprise-wide impact, and fostering innovation and growth within the fleet and commercial space.

The Assistant Manager, Revenue Operations will need a growth mindset, to be customer-focused, and make intentional decisions. They should have a keen focus on performance, open to continuous improvement, and able to make strategic recommendations that advance our GM Envolve OnStar business.

What You'll Do :

• Lead the creation and implementation of acquisition sales strategies for Fleet & Commercial customers into OnStar plans, driving business growth.
• Partner with finance, sales, and marketing to develop accurate revenue forecasts and track progress against targets.
• Analyze data, identify channel customer pain points, then adapt our approach to improve trial starts, revenue, trial to paid conversion and attach rate growth.
• Partner with data and analytics team members to develop dashboards and visualizations to track sales performance, behavior, marketing effectiveness, and customer success metrics.
• Provide regular reporting on the health of the revenue pipeline, highlighting risks and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to define and improve our KPIs.
• Partner with the OnStar Dealer (Field, Operations & Performance) teams to increase channel performance.

Compensation :

The expected base compensation for this role is : $102,000 - $135,900. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

Bonus Potential : An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
