Executive Assistant / Compliance Officer
The Executive Assistant / Compliance Officer provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and senior leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is a critical part of the senior leadership team, contributing to project management, financial management assistance, and compliance oversight. The Executive Assistant manages executive communications, coordinates meetings, and performs various administrative, project-related, and financial tasks with confidentiality and discretion. Acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders, this position contributes to the efficient operation of the organization while assisting with key projects and financial oversight as needed. Additionally, as a Compliance Officer, this role ensures that the healthcare facility adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing training to staff on compliance issues.
Hours : Full-time position. 40 hours / week. Monday-Friday. Benefit Eligible.
