A Day in the Life of a Precision Tool Specialist

Imagine starting your day with the challenge of crafting and maintaining precision tools at our Wickliffe, OH facility. As a Precision Tool Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our production line, ensuring every tool and die meet the highest standards of excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create and Repair : Your primary mission is to fabricate, repair, and refine tools, dies, and molds, striving for perfection each time.
  • Optimize Production : Setup and adjust tooling for flawless production runs, balancing quality with efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot Challenges : When issues arise, you’ll swiftly diagnose and fix them, minimizing downtime.
  • Innovate Together : Work alongside our engineering and production teams, always seeking enhancements to boost processes and product quality.
  • Maintenance Excellence : Regular checks and thorough inspections will be your routine, keeping our tools in prime condition.
  • Keep Records : Document every alteration or repair meticulously, ensuring traceability and learning.
  • Safety First : Uphold safety standards and keep your workspace impeccable.

What You Bring

  • Experience in a similar role, adept at handling tools and dies with precision.
  • Exceptional aptitude for problem-solving and detail orientation.
  • Hands-on experience in tool, die, and mold repair and setup.
  • Proficiency in using precision instruments and interpreting technical drawings.
  • An excellent communicator and team collaborator.
