About the Quality & Safety Team

Our Quality & Safety team is dedicated to delivering innovative processes that ensure safe, reliable care for our patients. We operate as a cohesive unit, leveraging individual strengths across Quality, Safety, and Operations. In this role, you'll directly influence patient outcomes and support Walmart's mission to provide accessible, high-quality healthcare.

What You'll Do

Lead quality audits and analyze key drivers to enhance patient safety

Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and Legal to investigate safety events and develop improvement plans

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring solutions are implemented

Oversee quality assurance frameworks and drive continuous process improvement

Mentor and develop associates, fostering a culture of learning and belonging

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, Engineering, or related field and 2 years' experience in training, quality, product development, or related area OR 4 years' experience in training, quality, product development, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications :

Customer Service, Human Resources, Sales, Training and Development, Training and Facilitation

Masters : Business Administration
