Summary :
We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and, where applicable, managing clinic operations. This hybrid role combines clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities for those interested in Center Manager positions.
Key Responsibilities :
Clinical Care :
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in accordance with state Practice Acts.Deliver high-quality physical therapy services and supervise assistants / aides as needed.Maintain accurate and timely documentation (daily notes, progress reports, pre-certifications).Ensure compliance with Medicare, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.Participate in continuing education to meet licensure requirements.Center Management (for Manager roles) :
Oversee daily operations of the therapy center, including staff management and scheduling.Drive center performance through strategic planning, marketing, and referral development.Monitor financial metrics and implement plans to achieve profitability goals.Ensure compliance with company policies, state / federal regulations, and quality standards.Conduct staff meetings, performance reviews, and training programs.Required Skills & Abilities :
Strong clinical problem-solving and patient care skills.Leadership and team management capabilities (for Center Manager roles).Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient transfers using proper biomechanics.Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the workday.Qualifications :
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (CAPTE or equivalent).Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.CPR certification (current and valid).Prior management experience preferred for Center Manager roles.Why Join Us?
