Job Requirements

Education Requirements

Valid Physical Therapy (PT) License in Washington State or ability to obtain licensure

Certifications Requirements

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT License)

BLS certification (if required by facility)

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience as a PT

Ability to work independently in diverse patient scenarios

Other Requirements

Must-haves : PT license, no on-call or callback requirements
