Admin / HR Assistant

Administrative / HR Assistant

Location : Hollywood, FL

Schedule : Part-Time (20 hours weekly)

Compensation : $14 - $18 / hr. based on experience

Position Summary :

MedElite is seeking a detail-oriented Admin / HR Assistant to support our team with offboarding processes and general office tasks for employees. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, highly organized, and eager to support a fast-paced, service-driven team.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
  • Create shipping labels for employee materials and equipment.
  • Answer and delegate emails promptly and professionally.
  • Scan, upload, and manage confidential documents securely.
  • Support post-onboarding tasks, including preparing materials for new hires.
  • Perform general administrative duties to maintain office efficiency.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of administrative or HR experience (preferred but not required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google email management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Preferred Experience :

  • Previous experience in human resources or as office assistant
  • Office operations, or HR-related support duties.
