Director, Enterprise Risk

This job opportunity is with JCW Group. Our client is a bank in the D.C. area. The Director of Enterprise Risk will report to the Chief Risk Officer, oversee a team of seven, and work four days per week from Bethesda.

Base pay range

$220,000.00 / yr - $290,000.00 / yr

We’re helping our client, a bank in the D.C. area, fill a new Director of Enterprise Risk, a position which will report to the CRO, oversee a team of seven, and work four days per week out of Bethesda.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of risk experience, ideally more, with strong leadership / management skills.
• Demonstrated experience implementing a COSO / internal controls environment.
• The ability to work without any visa (i.e., needs to be a citizen or Green Card holder).
• The ability to work out of the company\'s corporate office four days per week.
