Responsibilities

The Housekeeper reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property.

1. Maintain cleanliness of the common areas, hallways, and restrooms.
2. Assist with furniture placement in the common areas and individual units.
3. Clean exterior of the building; including exterior trash cans.
4. Rotate waste cans daily.
5. Remove snow from each entrance as necessary.
6. Clean individual units as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently
