Skilled and Ready HVAC Installers Wanted!

We're Energy Pro Heating & Cooling – a leader in the heating and air conditioning industry. We're calling on the most dependable, hands-on professionals in Portsmouth, VA to step into a role with stability, great pay, and a clear path forward.

Pay : $22 – $30 / hour + bonuses based on experience

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (with occasional extended hours to complete jobs). You'll start your day at our Portsmouth location before heading out to your job sites.
