Job Description

In your new role you will :

• Play a key role in the development of digital controllers for DCDC conversion in AI data centers;
• Be responsible for all aspects of digital IC design , from platform architecture to RTL design and verification
• Follow backend implementation activities, including physical design, timing closure and DFT flow, providing guidance to RTL2GDS teams
• Establish methodologies to ensure product quality and project execution
• Manage a small to medium size digital design and verification team, providing direction, mentoring, and leadership

Andover, MA Minimum of $ 159,800 per year and maximum of $ 219,700 per year

Austin, TX Minimum of $ 166,700 per year and maximum of $ 229,200 per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan
