Senior Manager, Product Manager, Small Business Bank Data Modernization

Capital One's Small Business Bank Data Modernization team is building a data destination of platforms, products, and processes that is well-managed and easy to govern, and where data is easy to find, understand, and use to enable real-time intelligent experiences. The Senior Manager, Product Manager for the Small Business Bank Data Modernization team plays a critical people leadership role in achieving our goals. This individual will lead and mentor a team of product managers in building our universe of data products covering our most used data for our data consumers; analysts, engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business partners. This role is crucial for transforming the data experience for all of our customer personas across Small Business Bank and will play a leading role in shaping local and partner roadmaps as we define shared capabilities that can be scaled across our line of business, and Enterprise.

In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management :

• Integrated Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks, including those related to data quality, data governance, and data pipeline efficiency.
• Transformational Leadership - Leads and develops cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment, championing data-driven decision making and fostering a culture of data literacy. This includes direct management and mentorship of product managers.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
