Job Summary : Credo High School, a public Waldorf high school, seeks an enthusiastic and experienced Art Teacher passionate about fostering creativity, sustainability, and excellence in education. Credo emphasizes sustainability and holistic education, preparing students rigorously for higher education and life beyond. Responsibilities :

• Plan, deliver, and assess a comprehensive art curriculum aligned with Waldorf education principles and Credo's sustainability mission.
• Foster an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures students’ artistic development, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Support students' holistic growth, balancing artistic, academic, emotional, and social development.
• Collaborate with faculty, parents, and community members to enrich student learning and community involvement.
• Develop and execute robust lesson plans, clearly communicating objectives and outcomes to students.
• Evaluate student performance consistently, providing constructive feedback and adapting instruction accordingly.
• Actively participate in school-wide sustainability initiatives and project-based learning experiences.
• Maintain accurate student records and adhere to school and district policies.
