We are seeking motivated, collaborative team players to join our team as Sales Interns, where they will support various stages of the sales process while contributing to strategic initiatives that help shape the future of the industry.
As a Sales Intern, you will gain hands on experience working on meaningful, high impact projects in a fast-paced and ever evolving environment. Throughout the program, interns will have the opportunity to participate in leadership roundtables, lunch-and-learn sessions, and networking events, while receiving guidance and support from a dedicated mentor. Each intern will take ownership of a key strategic project and gain exposure to a variety of business functions, helping to develop skills in product marketing, communications, strategic thinking, project management, and sales. At the conclusion of the internship, interns will present their summer capstone project to a panel of Crossmark executive leaders and industry partners, showcasing their work and insights from the program.
Own and lead research for a key strategic initiative sponsored by a senior Crossmark leader, contributing insights that support business growth and innovation.
Analyze and interpret data to identify industry trends, validate findings, and evaluate potential cost structures or business impact where applicable.
Conduct market and product research, including analysis of product features, competitive landscape, market trends, and customer profiles to inform strategic recommendations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive capstone proposal that outlines the background and business need for the initiative, strategic recommendations, potential cost considerations, and actionable next steps.
Synthesize research, insights, and recommendations into a professional presentation.
Deliver a final capstone presentation to Crossmark executive leadership and industry partners, showcasing insights, recommendations, and potential business impact.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; at least a sophomore currently enrolled in a college degree program, some college courses preferred in marketing, sales, and/or business administration.
No prior experience required. But professional work experience is highly recommended. Desire to learn B2B sales.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Office environment minimum 3 days per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) based out of our corporate HQ in Lewisville, TX. Minimal travel may be required to offsite locations such as a retailer for role enhancement.
English is the primary language skill.
