Interview Notes : LOA Coverage : 5-6 months Local Assignment Supporting onsite clinic at Edwards Lifesciences and will be seeing Edwards Lifesciences employees.

M-F 7am-4pm. Patients to be seen starting at 7am.

Experience Required : 3-5 years experience. Outpatient general / ortho PT experience is highly preferred.

Looking for high quality PT candidates and someone who possesses strong interpersonal and patient care skills.

Required : Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California. Current BLS. Basic Life Support (AHA).
