What?

We’re looking for a Packaging Operator to join our Production team on 2nd shift. In this role, you’ll be hands-on in preparing, packaging, and ensuring high-quality products that reach customers worldwide. Main aspects of the role include :

• Operate and monitor production equipment, and lead activities of others working on the line, ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Perform machine changeovers, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting as needed.
• Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of machines according to SOPs.
• Maintain production flow and report equipment or process issues promptly.
• Accurately complete production records and quality checks in real-time.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory standards.
• Enter production data into digital systems (e.g., MES, ERP, or spreadsheets) as required.
• Identify and correct documentation errors or escalate them to supervisors as needed.
• Report non-conformances or quality concerns immediately.

Hourly pay :  $25.00 with .90 differential

Schedule : Monday- Friday - 2nd shift 2 : 45pm-11 : 15pm

Environment of this position :

OFD contains office, manufacturing and outdoor workspaces where this position is required to access and work. The position requires a person to be able to frequently walk, stand and climb; bend and twist; see, hear and talk; use hands to type, handle or feel tools, controls; use hands and arms to reach, hold and carry tools or items. This position also requires a person to handle environments of varied temperatures and with various food allergens present; and be comfortable at various heights .
