Forklift Operator / Material Handler (Direct Hire)

We are an injection molding manufacturer located in Lake Forest, IL, seeking full-time Forklift Drivers / Material Handlers for 2nd and 3rd shifts to join our team. We are currently hiring for second and third shifts. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including insurance, paid vacation, paid breaks, and paid holidays.

Note : Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with overtime on weekends. Most weekends require mandatory with weekend days flexibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate the Forklift in a safe manner according to protocol.
• Transport raw materials to production workstations.
• Make sure that resin is continuously and properly supplied to the machines.
• Wrap palleted products and place them in the appropriate location.
• Transport items to their designated locations based on a production schedule.
• Document orders, materials, and any stock movements.
• Unload incoming vehicles putting stock in assigned locations if necessary.
• Load outgoing vehicles and ensure materials are secure when needed.
• Maintain equipment by performing all necessary tasks to ensure proper functionality of the vehicle.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
