The SwimRVA Swim Instructor job duties :

• Manage a wet classroom consistent with SwimRVA's unique teaching platform
• Effectively teach swimming skills and water safety to children and adults
• Creatively incorporate diverse and fun activities into lessons
• Assess participants swimming skills for appropriate station placement and advancement
